XFINITY: THE WIFI IS BOOMING



Xfinity had lost 430,000 customers over the last year as more and more people cut the chord. They need to completely reposition themselves not as a traditional cable company, but the country’s most premier WiFi provider. And according to the 2023 Consumer Reports American Experiences Survey, seventy-eight percent of consumers think WiFi is as crucial as water and electricity in their home. Our goal was to position WiFi as the world’s most precious resource, and Xfinity as its most abundant provider. So we pitched the tagline “The WiFi is Booming” then watched as, in a matter of weeks, this little line changed everything about the way Xfinity operated.
